I joined Ascend Fitness in July 2015. In the succeeding five months my energy level has increased considerably and my balance, posture and strength have all improved. Regular exercise has helped me decrease my stress levels and improve my mood. I feel comfortable in the small group training sessions because they include people of all ages and varying degrees of fitness. I value being able to book my fitness sessions online at dates that work for me
The coaches at Ascend are friends, knowledgeable and attentive to individual needs They ensure that I am challenge appropriately without putting myself at risk of injury. They create a positive atmosphere where clients feel respected and values. The decision to join Ascend has been a very positive one for me.
