Creating a healthy relationship with health and fitness for youth in a positive coaching environment!
We are passionate about improving the health of our community, and building healthy habits starts at a young age. That’s why we’re excited to offer a youth-tailored fitness program to help youth in our community build confidence in fitness and learn healthy eating habits, all in a safe, positive coaching environment.
Session 1: Starts Monday March 13th- 2 spots left!
Session 2: Starts Monday March 20th- 2 spots left!
When: Monday & Wednesday 1-3pm, Friday 4-5pm with parent or guardian
Who: Healthy Age 11-15 year olds
**Space is limited to maintain a 6-1 youth to coach ratio

For health benefits, youth aged 12-17 should accumulate at least 60minutes of moderate to vigorous intensity physical activity daily. This includes:
-Vigorous-intensity activities at least 3 days per week
-Activities that strengthen muscle and bone at least 3 days per week
-More daily physical activity provides greater health benefits.
Why parents should join their kids in the Friday workout? “Trusting relationships with adults can foster physical and psychological safety and perceptions of being valued and supported. Such relationships can promote self-esteem and social responsibility.”
Other important information:
-Bring a snack & water bottle
-Dress in workout clothes & runners
-Parents need to hand in Par-Q forms and parental consent forms ahead of time
