Welcome to the GET FIT CHILLIWACK CHALLENGE 2012!

We are super excited to help you lose weight, build musle, increase energy levels and simply FEEL FANTASTIC! 

Week 1: May 22, 2012 6:30pm at UFV Human Performance Center: Challenge Kick Off Event!
-Welcome & Orientation
-Measurements/ Fitness test (ALL fitness levels welcome!)
-Group workout (ALL fitness levels welcome!)
-Please wear comfortable clothes that you could workout in (ex. shorts, track pants, t-shirt, sturdy shoes)
-Please bring water, and a yoga mat or towel and your payment if you are paying by cash or cheque.

Week 2: May 29, 2012, 6:30pm, location TBA
-Nutrition Crash Course

Week 3: June 5, 2012, 6:30pm Rotary Trail Cardio Workout & Core training
-Meet at the Vedder Bridge Parking lot of the Rotary Trail
-Bring a yoga mat or towel for core training

Week 4: June 12, 2012, 6:30pm, location TBA
-Challenge meeting

Week 5:  June 19, 2012, 6:30pm.  Tea Pot Challenge (tentative- may be an alternative option depending on participant’s fitness level).

Week 6: Saturday June 30th 10:00am Grand Finale Event!
-Measurements/ Fitness test (ALL fitness levels welcome!)
-Group workout (ALL fitness levels welcome!)
-Please wear comfortable clothes that you could workout in (ex. shorts, track pants, t-shirt, sturdy shoes)
-Please bring water, and a yoga mat or towel

Awards Gala (so you can show off your BEST BODY!): Tuesday July 3, 6:30pm.
