The Program

Your golf fitness program starts with the TPI Functional Movement Screen, a proven assessment used by many of the professional tour players to identify movement deficiencies in your golf swing.

After completing the TPI Functional Movement Screen, Kinesiologist Gordon Penner, our certified Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) fitness coach will create a program and implement a plan to increase the consistency of your golf swing and decrease the chance of injury on the golf course. Combining this custom program with golfing practice will lead to a decrease in your handicap and increase your longevity in the game.
