I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished with Ascend Fitness. First, I’m proud that I’ve been able to lose an additional 40 pounds. And I’ve managed to maintain my healthy weight for over a year, something I’ve always struggled with in the past. Second, I’m proud of the overall improvements to my fitness. After one year of Ascend Fitness workouts, I ran the Scotiabank Vancouver Half Marathon 30 minutes faster than the previous year.  If you’re thinking about giving Ascend Fitness a try, please do.
