They called for snow… but what we weren’t expecting to enjoy running in a winter wonderland!
January’s Ascend Fitness Challenge was a trail run on Vedder Mountain. Thanks to Bruce, Chris, Sharon, Dave, Kari, Brian and Shanna (not pictured) for coming out!
The promise to get muddy on the trails held true- it was SO MUCH FUN! Our hard work was rewarded with a warm drink at Sip N’ Sweets.
