After just 7 months I have lost about 26 lbs. I attend 2-3 Boot Camps a week and have watched steady improvement both in my cardio conditioning as well as my strength conditioning. The thing that has encouraged me the most is the efficiency of my exercising. What used to take 2-2.5 hrs 3 times a week has been compressed to 1 hour 3 times per week. On June 10th of 2011 I suffered a stroke which required emergency brain surgery and was hospitalized until August the 1st. Boot Camp definitely achieved my goal of increased cardiovascular fitness. It helped me in
