Tanja Keeps Fit on Her Family Vacation

It’s summer… and for many people, it’s time for holidays!

I have just returned from a fantastic family vacation to Ontario where I visited with family.  There were many lazy days playing splashing in the pool, water park, and lake.  And, there was some exercise. Look for tomorrow’s blog post about the battle between my running shoes and the peanut m&ms!

    Seeing those exercises from a front and side view was really helpful, Tanja.I wish we had a video of exercises in the 6 week challenge. I found it easy to follow the eating guidelines in the challenge but hard to do the exercises on my own. In the past, I have had many memberships to various gyms and I usually ended up quitting. I will try to take it slow but steady and gradually work up to a boot camp. You are very inspiring.

      Thanks for the feed back. I had planned to get the workouts for the 6 week challenge on video as well- but was overloaded with things to do. I will definitely make this a priority for the Get Fit Chilliwack Challenge 2013.
